Our Individualized Counseling Approach

Each student is unique; we strongly believe this journey must be individualized and student-driven. Together we look beyond the popular ranking systems and instead focus on the personality, academic interest, scholastic ability, and personal goals for each student.

We are very thoughtful in matching our counselors with your student. Our counselors each have areas of expertise and experience, and the Guide Us team works to connect student’s strengths and needs with those of each of our advisors. The personal connection between our counselors and students is of the highest priority. We are effective because we value the trust and rapport we build with each student and family. Families frequently work with us for years, asking us to advise siblings and recommending us to friends, based on the strength of the relationships we form.
